1. About this service
Prime Bin Cleaning is a small family-run side business operated by workers under the age of 18, with adult supervision. We clean residential garbage, recycling, and compost bins in the Treasure Valley. By booking, calling, or submitting a form on our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Not a licensed contractor
Prime Bin Cleaning is a side business, not a licensed, bonded, or insured commercial cleaning company. Service is provided on an as-is basis with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
3. Liability waiver
By using our service, you agree that Prime Bin Cleaning, its operators, workers, and the parents or guardians of its workers are not liable for any damage to your bins, driveway, landscaping, home exterior, vehicles, or any other property that may occur during or after service. This includes but is not limited to: scratches, dents, cracking, discoloration, faded stickers, wheel or lid damage, water damage, staining, or damage from cleaning agents. Bins that are already cracked, sun-damaged, or more than 5 years old are cleaned entirely at the customer's risk.
4. Access & bin placement
You agree to leave bins accessible at the curb on your scheduled service day. Bins not at the curb may be skipped without refund. We are not responsible for bins misplaced by trash haulers, wind, or neighbors.
5. Results
We do our best to clean, rinse, and deodorize each bin, but we cannot guarantee removal of every stain, sticker, permanent marker, embedded odor, mold, maggot infestation, or damage caused by long-term neglect. Bins containing hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, or non-household residue may be refused service without refund.
6. Weather & scheduling
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, freezing temperatures, illness, school schedules, or other conditions. We'll let you know and reschedule as soon as we can; no refunds are given for weather-related delays.
7. Payment & cancellation
Payment is due on the day of service unless arranged otherwise. You may cancel a scheduled cleaning up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service price.
8. Photos
We may take before and after photos of your bins (never of your home or property) for quality checks and marketing. If you'd rather we didn't, just let us know.
9. Age of workers
All workers are minors under the age of 18. A parent or guardian supervises operations and can be reached at the number on this website. This is a youth-run entrepreneurial venture, not a professional commercial service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept them.
